Tip – Feeling confused or overwhelmed? We all get overwhelmed sometimes and some seasons are inherently busier than others, but when you move from feeling stressed and overworked to confused, that is your brains’ way of shutting you down and giving you the break you need! Do a brain dump, get everything down on paper and set your intentions for the day. Be realistic. What can you honestly accomplish in the time you have?
You might be overstepping your own internal boundaries when that feeling of confusion sets in to tip you off to this fact. Don’t say yes when you mean no, don’t overcommit yourself, and stop answering email and phone calls during family or “you” time.
